Welcome to the Monthly Release Note!
This post will explain all the changes that are due to go live overnight on Wednesday the 8th of April.
Some changes will only apply to specific departments or business units across the group, so don't worry if any of these appear unfamiliar. Please contact your business analyst if you'd like to find out more about any of the changes in this post, or indeed if you have some ideas for change yourself.
Accounts
19832: Maintenance pages for payroll export and import configuration
A new page has been added within the Maintenance tab for Payroll Database Configuration. If you require this functionality, please contact support in the usual manner. More information can be found at Payroll Database Configuration - Evox Solutions.
19948: Supplier Create page
The supplier create page has been enhanced to improve user experience. Please note that the functionality should remain the same. If you do notice any issues, please contact support via the usual channels.
19960: Edit exported purchase invoices
A new permission has been added to allow users to edit exported purchase invoices. Please note any corresponding changes would be required in the accounts database. If you require this functionality, please contact support in the usual manner.
20035: PO Terms Maintenance page
Within the PO Terms and Conditions page, users will now have the ability create and edit po terms. Please contact your business analyst to learn more.
Reports
20004: PO Lines Report
The PO Lines report has been updated to feature three new columns for PO Line Type, PO Line Sub Type, and Receipted Value. Users can now also filter by a specific project if required.
Please note the output will be driven by the below report settings:

Include Transaction Data: This will drive the following columns showing on the output: Transaction Date, Client/3rd Party Entertainment, Manager Approval, Additional Supplier, Receipt, and No receipt reason.
Include Other Project Data: This will drive the following columns showing on the output: Project Name, Project Activity Code, Coordinator, Date Created, Originator, Status, Markup %, Hire, Stock, Project Status, Project Client, Accrual Date, and Date Edited.
Continuous Improvement
The change requests listed above have been specifically planned and designed for implementation this month. However, there are some additional improvements that have taken place throughout the month too. Should you be interested in finding out more about these, you'll find them outlined below.
