Welcome to the Monthly Release Note!

This post will explain all the changes that are due to go live overnight on Wednesday the 10th of September.

Some changes will only apply to specific departments or business units across the group, so don't worry if any of these appear unfamiliar. Please contact your business analyst if you'd like to find out more about any of the changes in this post, or indeed if you have some ideas for change yourself.  

 

Upgrade to Core

18645: Upgrade to Core - Costings

Costings will be updated to the new user interface. Please note that the functionality will remain the same as before.

 

19146: Upgrade to Core - Purchase Requisitions

Purchase Requisitions will be updated to the new user interface. Please note that the functionality will remain the same as before.

 

19147: Upgrade to Core - Material Register

The Material Register will be updated to the new user interface. Please note that the functionality will remain the same as before.

 

19166: Upgrade to Core - Purchasing Bill of Materials

The Purchasing Bill of Materials will be updated to the new user interface. Please note that the functionality will remain the same as before.

 
 

 

Reports

19337 - Backpay included in Payroll Job Summary By Date Range

The addition ‘Backpay’ will now be included in the output of the Payroll Job Summary By Date Range report. This will feature any Backpay addition lines that have been keyed within the filtered date range.

 

19392 - PO Maintenance and Accrual Report

A new column for ‘Activity’ has been added to the PO Maintenance page and also the accrual report.

 
 

 

Timesheets

19310 - Timesheets to allow multi cell select and editing

Staff and Weekly timesheets will now allow users to select multiple cells on the timesheet to input/edit time.

 
 

 

 

Continuous Improvement 


The change requests listed above have been specifically planned and designed for implementation this month. However, there are some additional improvements that have taken place throughout the month too. Should you be interested in finding out more about these, you'll find them outlined below.

  • (19380): Weekly Rate Time Tracking Report - Exporting multiple categories
  • (19383): Weekly timesheets - Job filter not working
  • (19384): Timesheet not validating cut off activities
  • (19386): Timesheet cost split issues
  • (19394): PO Emails not formatting correctly with new lines
  • (19406): Single timesheet summary error
  • (19407): Man Hours Re-Allocation error
  • (19408): Payroll import - check for valid export
