Creating Non-Productive Hire Forms (NPHF) 

Users can create and add non-productive time to assets via the utilisation planner or by:

• Clicking assets 
• Clicking “Create Non-Produce Hire Form”

From here, users will fill out the following: 

• Facility 
• Assign Crane 
• Date from & To 
• Crane status 
• Notes

Once filled out, the user will click "save", and this will log non-productive time to the asset and populate the utilisation planner.
