Introduction

One of the features of the Mobile App is the ability to action Cost Splits.

To do this, you first need to configure the splits in your EVOX Desktop Environment, which we will cover in this guide.

Configuring Cost Splits for the Mobile App

In order to configure Cost Splits, you will first need to navigate to the Cost Split menu, which is in the Maintenance Page under “Purchasing and Suppliers”

Once in the Cost Splits Menu, you will be presented with a new column on the right of the page “Job Code”

Firstly, if you press the Edit Icon on the left of the row - this will open up the config page for each of the lines

Once you've opened the Config page, you'll then see the Job Code field:

For each Cost Split line, when you enter the code you've specified (we've used 000 in this example) into the Job box, it will be searchable when you key a line in the App.
