Import Purchase Requisition Details
Accessing Import Purchase Requisition Details:
- Click on Purchasing Tab
- Click on Import Import Requisition
- Click Create (highlighted in green)

Creating a Purchase Requisition Import:
- Select your required import template
- Upload your blank/pre-populated template
- Fill out the rest of the import details

Once all required fields are completed, click “Start Import.” You will then be taken to the Import Status page, where you can review the data that has been successfully uploaded.
After reviewing the imported data:
- Tick the individual records you wish to import, or
- Select all records at once by checking the box in the top-left corner of the table.

- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Import’ (highlighted in green).

- Click ‘view PR’ (highlighted in green) and this will create a draft Purchase Requisition using the details you have imported.

Important Information:
To ensure imports are successful, ensure the below required fields are populated:
- Purchase Requisition Template – Required Fields:
- Quantity
- Unit Price
- Description
- Job - required if the Job field on the Import PR page is left blank
- Activity - required if the Activity field on the Import PR page is left blank
Disclaimer: Both the Job and Activity fields must be completed in order for the template to be processed successfully.

- File
- Template
- Worksheet
- Has Header Row
- Required By
- Type
- Job - required if the Job field in the template is left blank
- Activity - required if the Activity field in the template is left blank
Disclaimer: Both the Job and Activity fields must be completed on the Import PR page to ensure the data is processed correctly on the Status page.
